Hey Terry,

I've had one on  my service entrance for about 2 years; made be Intermatic.
There's a wire for each side of the service plus a ground.  You insert each
service wire into the nearest breakers in the panel.  Considering the
inductance in breaker, plus the wire, I'm suspect of its effectiveness.
But, I use it as part of an overall "defense".  I think it was around 50
bucks at Casa Depot.
