Hello Steve,

I don't disagree a bit.  My point was "don't damn the new company --
damn the individual that gave you bad service (Joel)".  Also, I
suggested, just suggested, that maybe the reason the service was bad
was being fixed by the start of the new company.  Using your car
example, remember how bad Chrysler was??   Remember how bad Audi was??
Both came back in the face of disaster.  Demming once said the only
real change comes from crisis..........perhaps it's true.

I did not mean to negate the suffering that some have had with Joel --
only to say it's unfair to debate the ability of the new company based
on Joel's performance.

Now, hows the propagation this morning?  <G>
