YES,
as I said PA4AO did the testing with his GP for 20M and R6000.
It's on the air and S-meter measurement. 
It is very clear to understand why R6000 outperformed 1/4 vertical with 3 
elevated radials and here is why:
1. R6000 at 8 feet above ground has apx. 16 deg. take of angle.
2. 1/4 wave vertical with only 3 el. radials has very high TOA and lot more 
ground losses  than Half wave radiator at 10ft. above ground.
