I think you probably have cause for a successful product liability
suit against the wagon manufacturer. When you first got the
wagon, and it was wrapped in plastic, was one of the warnings
printed on the plastic (besides "this is not a toy" and don't place
over your head") "Do not use this device to transport long antenna
elements?" If not, you may have a case...
