Fig 23 in Chapter 22 was corrected in the third printing of the 18th
Edition
of "The ARRL Antenna Book" and is correct in the 19th Edition. (Actually,
I
think it was corrected in the second printing, but I don't have a copy
here.
For sure it was fixed in the third printing.)
