Any 1:1 balun will work. The "custom" balun from Telrex was a 3 wire 1:1.

A friend has and old but unused TELREX TB6EM tribander that uses a custom
balun which is lost. The rest of the beam is like new. Can anyone tell me
what kind of Balun TELREX used with thier match on this beam. A small
