I suggest that you do one (maybe both of the following):

1. Buy a commercial balanced to unbalanced transformer (balun) from one of
the firms selling them. It will cost a fair amount of money if you get a
good one, but 'you get what you pay for'. I am assuming that you are using
the 450 ohm line for transmitting and probably for more than 100 watts of
power.

2. Buy Jerry Sevick's book that describes how to fabricate baluns and shows
9:1 balun construction. Then find the special ferrite cores or rods, the
special wire and then build one yourself. You will find, however, that after
paying for the book, buying the parts, spending a lot of time reading the
book and then fabricating the balun, you would have been money ahead if you
simply bought one "ready made". 

Unless you plan to build a lot of baluns or want to learn more about the
principles involved, alternative #1 is a better choice. If your only
objective is to get the feed line into the shack so you can start using the
antenna at the other end, then alternative #1 is definitely the best choice.
