I got some ugly QRM/N on 2 meters in the Seattle area with my Yaesu FT-51R.
I'm thinking an intermod filter would be a good investment. I've noticed
several on the web:
-- Par Electronics - notch filter centered on paging frequencies.
-- Vectronics VEC-813/814 band pass filters, about $60.
-- MFJ-714 - looks same as above, $60
-- DCI filters (Canada), 4 pole filter, $99 ($169 for 2m/70cm version)
Experience with any of these? Recommendations?
