Larry, again I don't think that is inconsistent. I took a week's vacation in early July, and within 3 days my mailbox had overfilled (10 MB worth) with spam and viruses and was telling everyone I was maxed out. In the absence of info from someone who knows Dan, I would try him again this coming work week, when it's likely he will be back. In the meantime, have you tried downloading a fresh copy? That should certainly tide you over.

Please also keep in mind that he has a real job, and that MultiNEC is just a spare time thing.

Hi, Pete. I think it's mysterious, too, which is why I asked here. I don't
mean to dis Dan. I'm entirely sympathetic to the challenges of a one-guy
shop. I do the same. However, if I go on vacation or am otherwise unable
to service requests, I make alternate arrangements. I hope he is on
vacation and not something more serious. Meanwhile, his mailbox his
overflowing and not accepting messages anymore. Hmmm. I just want what I
paid for or a refund, that's all. Not to worry. I'll wait another few days
before filing any resolution request with Paypal.

That's a bit mysterious, Larry. Dan is usually extremely quick and
responsive. Keep in mind that he's just one guy, this is vacation season,
and it's been less than 2 weeks -- not extraordinary vacation duration. I
would wait a bit before besmirching his name with both Paypal and your
credit card company.

In the meantime, can't you re-download or re-unzip and start the clock over
again? I expect so.
