I use platidip liquid electrical tape as a final barrier.  They claim it 
insulates to over 10,000 volts/mil., whatever that means.  It seems way more 
resistant to UV than scotchkote and doesn't peel off as fast.  It also 
Doesn't have any MEK, although just as flamable.
