I have a xm240 and the SteppIR 4ele and the Alpha Spid. The rotor is
great! Works like a charm. I think it would turn the whole tower.

I have not experienced any noticeable interaction with the XM240 on 15m or
any band for that matter.

A Ham IV with a TH7 and a XM240....Good luck. I doubt it will last long. I
had problems with a T2X turning a similar stack. Worm drive is the only way
to fly.

Hi Brad,

I also have a Ham IV, but didn't think it was up to the task. I will be
turning the TH7, XM240, an 11 el. 2M yagi and a 21 ft chromoly mast. I
purchased an Alfa Spid rotator to go with the new tower. I wanted to try
something different and had read a lot of positive reviews about it. We
will see if it is up to the task.

I will be interested in your experience with getting the two antennas to
play nice together. I am thinking about grounding the reflector element
since this is the only major difference from the older 402CD. That and the
XM240 is much more robust. The 402CD seem to have less interaction with
tribanders.
