Not sure what happened in this case. I have nothing but great things to say
about Steve and his company. I ordered a Trylon Tower, climbing belts, hooks,
galv spray etc. and I have always received it on time and complete. When I
put up the second tower Champion will be my first call.

I am sure there is another side to this story like always. The reflectors are
not to be used to repeatedly bash someone you are having issues with. It
sounds like you declined your charges and kept the merchandise. That is
wrong. Most companies do not just accept merchandise back without RA #'s.
Steve also travels quite a bit and might not have been available to receive
your return? I would never send something back blindly expecting action.
