classic line about "lowering property values" was of interest to me. You
see, I have heard this line (or more properly, lie) for so long and it
wasn't until I had received training and licensure as a real estate
appraiser that I fully understood just how false that line is! In all my
training there was never any mention of how ham radio antenna towers could
lower property values!

representing the ham operator(s) and/or club(s) get an appraiser to testify
to the "validity" of the claims of diminished property value. That should
shoot a broadside into the whole argument that will sink it!

luck!

Sounds very risky to me! I have had Realtors and Appraisers tell me the
tower had a negative impact on the property value, as well as the neighbor's
property value. In fact when I lived in New Mexico the appraiser added $2K
to my property just for taking it out!
