You mean operate on >1 band simultaneously "with good performance". I'm 
sure it will radiate or receive on any frequency, just not well 
<grin>.  Hey... since it will tune 6m, maybe you could claim it's "an 
antenna designed to receive over the air broadcast television" and hence 
immune to CCR restriction.
