Have any of the antenna guru's figured out that the color burst
frequency of a TV is
3.579545 MHz?

color burst: In analog color television
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_television.html> technology, a signal
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_signal.html> consisting of several (8 to 10
in NTSC) cycles of unmodulated
color subcarrier <http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_color_subcarrier.html>,
superimposed at a specified location within the composite signal. Note:
The color burst <http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_burst.html> (a) enables the
color-decoding
circuits in the receiver <http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_receiver.html>, and
(b) serves as an amplitude, frequency
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_frequency.html>, and phase
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_phase.html> reference to which the local
color (subcarrier frequency)
oscillator <http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_oscillator.html> in the receiver
is phase-locked to ensure color fidelity
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_fidelity.html> and stability
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_stability.html> in the displayed picture
<http://www.atis.org/tg2k/_picture.html>.

If Buck is changing the color of the TV on every frequency he operates
on, then he's getting into the IF and affecting the
color burst.

However, that says that not all of his power is going to his antenna and
up the tower.
