Found it here: http://fishnetco.com/tarred.htm
BTW: Would horses chew this stuff?
Neighbors have horses anxious to get through the fence to
eat the grass on my side. I would like to use non-metal
materials with only one continuous length of barbed wired
as a NVIS antenna.
So far I haven't found anything non-metal that is *both*
strong enough to hold back hungry horses (4-legged eating
machines) and that they won't chew through.
I have another challenge with non-metal guy wires and
wire antenna tie-offs that need to be tied-off within
chewing range of the big critters. (I know I could
add a section of metal guy line at the end but I'd rather
not do that if such may be avoided.)
