Use the resistance chart and voltage chart in the manual to make sure you don't 
have a wiring problem before you go to the trouble of removing the rotor. The 
resistance measurements are made in the shack, after removing the wires from 
the control box. The voltage measurements are made at the rotor, with someone 
else working the control box in the shack. You should also first measure the 
voltages at the control box to make sure the problem isn't in the box.
