It sounds like your rotator is down in the tower as is mine.
I have installed a muffler clamp with the proper fit around the mast above
the rotator
I hook a "come along" farther up the tower and run the cable down and around
the clamp, or was. I now have a clevis bolted to the muffler clamp which
makes things easier. The whole works of antennas and mast probably weigh
around 600# and I can raise it with one hand without breaking into a sweat.
(I do have to remember to loosen the bolts in the thrust bearings first
<:-))
