I don't know if this is possible in your situation but you might secure the
mast with clamps or retighten the bearing and loosen the rotor plate.
I always will put a couple of muffler clamps just above the Thrust bearing
just in case. I feel more comfortable jacking the mast a foot or so and
then moved the clamps to just above the bearing.
I have used come alongs in the past to raise and lower masts. I also will
run some strapping close to the bottom of the mast to help hold the mast
straight as I usually have a heavy antenna on top. I also always put in a
2nd bearing plate between the actual bearing and the rotor. I do not use
two bearings.

For only 200# Try this.
Bolt a muffler clamp a few inches from the rotator. Then hook one end of a
loading strap (the kind with the ratchets) to a tower rung a couple feet
above the clamp and wrap the strap around the mast below the clamp. Hook
the other end of the strap to an opposite rung, again a couple feet above
the clamp. Now use the ratchet to lift the mast.
I have used these straps effectively for a lot of things on the tower over
the years.
