I spoke to US Towers about a more heavy duty version of their Tubular
Towers.  They said they could do it and the additional cost wasn't all
that much.  I doubt, though, that they'll be able to build one to
handle 90MPH and 1/2" radial ice.  I still think a lattice structure
is the way to go unless you have money for a fixed bertha.
