[TowerTalk] Switchable Polarization Delta Loop

Has anyone built a switchable feed system for a full wave
80M delta loop that would allow feeding it 1/4 wave down
from the apex for vertical polarization and also in the
middle of the baseline for horizontal polarization?  It
seems like a good way to maximize a delta loop for both DX
work and closer-in contesting applications.
