[TowerTalk] D-104 Mircophone hardware

I am looking for the screw assembly that holds the front and back of a 
D-104 mic head together. There are 4 screws and threaded barrels with 
screw heads. Does anyone know of a source?

I realize this may be the wrong forum for this but had to start somewhere!
