I am not 100% sure they can help but really worth to try the following in HK,
ask for John Tsui, in fact below email is his. He is very good person helped me
many times with various purchases. I got my RC5A-3 from him about 2 years ago
and know that he has contacts with Create in Japan (he even orginized the
display map was centered over Georgia!) so may help.
