If you want big towers or antennas you have to plan a bit in advance. I
normally order towers and antennas in January or February to put up over the
summer. This gives enough time for everyone to backorder everything,
shipping to get screwed up, and missing parts to be found before they are
really needed. If you call in January the answer is, 'yes, we have them in
stock and can ship today!'... because they have probably been building them
but not selling many over the winter. When you call in June they are likely
backordered because of heavy spring sales. At Dayton Steppir's were
projected to be shipped in August I think... and they seemed to be doing
great business.
