It can be done!

For several years in mid-1970s, the Potomac Valley Radio Club operated
Field Day as W3AU/3 and W3GRF/3 from White Marsh Park in Bowie, MD (we
now operate as W3AO in Glenelg, MD). You can see a photograph of the
Bowie site at:

Then enter: 38.9756 N 76.721 W Click the satellite button, then
zoom all the way in with the "+" button.

The light poles at this municipal stadium are 90 feet tall and we
adorned them with 20, 15 and 10 meter monoband Yagis for both CW and
SSB, a full size 40 meter 2 element quad and dipoles for 80 and 40.
N4IN loaded one of the poles as a shunt fed inverted-L 1/4 wave
vertical on 160M.

We ran kilowatt amplifiers on every band (except 160 and VHF) and cross-
station interference was minimal.

73!
