You might look at Belden Mediatwist. Their construction causes it to 
be far more uniform in real world installs with bending, etc.  It 
inherently resists deformation when pulled, bent, etc. When I 
installed it in my Chicago office, I noted increased speeds, 
probably due to fewer resends. 

I could NOT observe any difference in the considerable trash 
radiated into my 2M talkie between Mediatwist and el cheapo CAT5.
