I bought a heavy-gauge steel box about the size you mentioned, but it 
cost a lot more than that --  a little more than $100, I think, at 
Crescent Electric (which has outlets all over, but not in every state). 
The brand is Hoffman, IIRC. It has provision for adding a lock.
