Absolutely nothing here in central Michigan and that frequency was fairly
quiet. QRN was just barely registering. OTOH there was lots of QRM on the
7.4075 frequency. The noise was over S9 at times and never went below S8.
There appeared to be some type of broadcast coming through but not
understandable as any particular language. About 2 KHz down was some sort of
broad band signal that sorta "growled"
