Well, I have one of those and have had a three and four element tri band 
quad up for fifteen years now without a bit of maintenance or problem.  I do 
keep it nested unless I am chase dx or contesting.  It has been a great 
tower for me.  I really appreciate the electric winch and tilt over feature.

PS  I have the original manual with mine which lists the wind load and all
