Example:  for 1/4 EHS (using  Phillystrand and wire same tension)   at 80° F
the tension for each guy would be  460 lbs
I used the "Loos Guy Wire Tensioners " from
http://www.championradio.com/rigging.html while not high end measuring tool
it is consistent for the price and you will know your approx tensions are
and to set them even.
