I used #4 insulated stranded copper wire with bronze clamps (such as are 
available at Lowe's or Home Depot) on the tower legs but separated by a 
layer of stainless steel cut from a hose clamp. "Acorn" clamps (also 
from Lowe's or HD) at the ground rod.
