First, what jurisdiction are we talking about? Cobb County or some
town? For the appropriate building department regulations, you need to go to
the building department. They'll sell you a copy of the regs and you need to
read thru them and find out what pertains to what you want to do and what
doesn't. (Many building regs differentiate between commercial and
non-commercial towers.)
Restrictions have more to do with your neighborhood; e.g. HOA's,
CC&R's, etc. Get K1VR's book "Antenna Zoning for the Radio Amateur " to get
the
whole story.
Any information received via TT would be pure speculation and probably
wouldn't apply to your specific situation anyway.
