As others have observed, it is nothing but self-serving babble, NOT
effective,
focused response to what may be a credible threat.
I would suspect that the work of the very able professionals at ARRL
is being
diminished by this kind of rabble-rousing.
For one thing, NOBODY outside of Palmdale, CA, can make any
difference in the
outcome of this thing-- except their elected representatives in
Congress, the ARRL,
and their attorneys. Communications to anyone else is pointless.
Now, if they had asked us to contribute to a defense fund... at least
that would remain
on-focus. But they weren't that rational in their thinking. ( and
I've already spent my
kilobuck in pursuit of PRB-1)
My only and last on this topic. Steve.... can we filter it out?
