I have some of each brand, neither seems to show any signs of deteriorating
after a year of New England Winter / Summer weather, exposed to sun, wind, rain,
etc. The real test will be what happens after 5 or 10 years !

The Rubbermaid Roughneck series might work well. The Sterilite brand
are, in my opinion, junk to begin with. Even brand new, they can be
brittle and break easily. Check in the outdoors/garden/etc section for
them.
