Aside from the fundamentally bad idea of turning an expensive mast into 
Swiss cheeze, have you considered how impractical it would be to drill 
3/4 inch holes in a mast while it is up on top of the tower?

And if you weigh enough to worry about whether 1.5 inch angle steel of 
ANY grade is strong enough to support you, you don't belong on a tower.
