A good source for aluminum is a glazing contractor that does storefront
work. All shapes and sizes.
Tubes and channels as well as flat sheet. Not much in round tubular,
but lots of rectangles etc.
Usually they have a scrap bin they save and sell. The right approach
will likely let you in that scrap bin.
