Hi all ----

I am in the process of replacing my old HAM-M rotor with a new Yaesu
G-1000DXA and ran into a mounting problem.

The old HAM-M mounted on the DX-48 tower like a glove and worked very well
for years.

What I have discovered is that where my HAM-M mounted just fine, my new
Yaesu G-1000DXA will not.

I have the same issue with the Yaesu GS-065 thrust bearing - the holes don't
even come close to matching.

I am sure I am not the first, nor the last to have this problem, but what is
the solution?

I can picture changing out the rotor and thrust bearing platforms, but with
what?

It would be great if there was some kind of adapter plate that could be
used, but I have not found it yet.

Any suggestions would be VERY much appreciated.

Thanks - Dan
