Carl WB4ZNH used a TA-33 that he had cut down so it fit in a carry on bag 
for his Dxpeditions.  He told a group at the old DXPO that was run between 
Atlanta and DC that he could put it together in 30 minutes with just a 
screwdriver (sorry tool required).

This was part of his Dxpedition list that he and Martha (his XYL) used all 
over the world.

Carl is a member of the CQ DX Hall of Fame.
