Even simpler and more convenient, in my opinion, is to use barrel 
connectors through a grounded bracket.  I have one at both the top and 
bottom of my tower.

while back about how we made our own coax shield connectors for just this
purpose.  The expense is low enough that there ought to be no reason not to
do it.
