[TowerTalk] L5PNM-RC connector instructions

If anyone could email me Andrew instructions for attaching an L5PNM-RC 
connector to LDF-5,  I would greatly appreciate it.

If you know the exact web address for obtaining the same instructions, that 
would also help.  I have searched the Andrew/Commscope website but have yet 
to locate what I need.
