IT'S the common stuff the was used between the poles got it free and I need 
to make up some phasing line for 80 4 square also 160 m 4 square that is why 
I asked the group for help.

If it's standard foam hardline like Commscope P3 or QR the published VF
is usually .87. If it's "disc" hardline it will more resemble airline in
specs, .9 to .92 VF.

As was suggested though, it should be measured to be sure.
