Won't hurt to replace them, but the question is whether it is necessary.
Big ice loads, height of truss supports (really important) antenna
construction, boom lengths, diameter of the Dacron, etc? Will the
antennas fail without trusses because of ice you get or are the
trusses there to remove a little sag?
The only sure thing is that the money spent on Phillystran won't add
any gain -)
