Check out the companies that supply WISPs, such as Streakwave, Roc Noc,
Baltic Networks, Pasadena Networks, WISP Router. They all have lots of
items related to what you need.
I think the ones WISPs use most have cat5/5e/6 jacks and a ground lug.
