[TowerTalk] Mounting Holes for Polyphaser Bulkhead Mounts

What size knock outs are used to make the holes for polyphaser bulkhead 
mounts or for regular bulkhead adapters? A source would be helpful also.

I'm going to make an aluminum plate for my coax entrance panel.
