[TowerTalk] Wilson TT45 cable

Anyone have a diagram showing how to replace the cable for any of the wilson
tubular towers?  I just picked up a used one this weekend.  The cable does
not look or feel bad but it is the orig cable from 1979 so figured before I
install this I would replace it.  I already have cable and the nicopress
crimper.  It's just not obvious how to do it.
