A loading coil at the base of the vertical section doesn't alter Rrad, 
but one positioned at the top of the vertical section *does*, by 
altering the current distribution. With the dimensions given, and 
assuming #14 wire, a 60uH (Q=200) loading coil alters the base impedance 
from 9-j330 to 16+j0.
