It not a big problem to re drill the plate with a new pattern. I find that
one of the of the holes will line up. Just use a small pilot hole then
drill the bigger holes. I used the Thern with the a 4 bolt pattern and used
a drill motor drive and it effortless on my part. 73 Gene K2QWD

Take a look at the Dutton-Lainson DLB2500A. I just purchased one from
Amazon.com and it was a "snap" to install in the existing holes.
