This is straight out of ON4UN's book.

Don't believe everything you read. :) John is way off base on this one. This is VERY rough (because the null at the harmonic is MUCH more clearly defined), and it can give very wrong results if the feedline is not a perfect match at the operating frequency. Also, even with a matched line, it tunes the stub to the operating frequency, not the harmonic, which can result in the mis-tuning noted in my earlier post.
