[TowerTalk] GA-3000

I had a GA-3000 for several year. My rotor was (is) the Yaesu 2800.. I was 
under the assumption that
it reduced the start and stop torque on the tower. I lost it when I tilted the 
tower over and the
winch broke. I had replaced the control box with a Green Herron and I think the 
ramp up and down
feature does as much if not more that the GA-3000.
