Of course. The reasoning behind naming everything isn't for science. The
minor storm names are recirculated... Very much a public relations issue.

More storms are named now than ever before. I'm certain that most insurance
companies calculate the actuarial value of more named storms, and reflect
it in our premiums. :-/
